HENBURY & ROCKLEAZE 0
SHARPNESS 1
After weeks of hot weather there was a stark contrast in wet and breezy conditions at Arnall Drive for Henbury & Rockleaze against Sharpness, and unfortunately both H&R’s finishing and luck in front of goal didn’t change. H&R started the stronger, but Sharpness edged the first half overall, H&R saw lots of possession in the first 10 minutes without creating any clear cut chances. Sharpness scored the games only goal on 18 minutes when James Tainton strode through the middle of the defence and dispatched his effort past Harry Trett. On 25 minutes Sharks Kieran Bennett struck a volley just wide from the edge of the box and on 29 minutes Trett made his only real save of the game, turning round the post Michael Bryant’s vicious effort. continued

RICHARD NELMES
Rich Nelmes was a legend in the local football community and instrumental in setting up our u18’s team with Paul Sealey, but was sadly taken from us way too soon last year. We were honoured to be able to support Sarah Nelmes, Fin, Jenson and Dexter who are very much part of our Henbury and Rockleaze family in hosting the FUNDRAISING MATCH at the Drive on Saturday 26th July 2025
THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT
