The club is delighted to announce the appointment of Andy Sledge as 1st Team Manager, Andy will be assisted by Andy Capon and Paul Westwood.

 

Andy is a well known figure in Bristol football and brings with him bags of Gloucester County League experience

 

 

 

 

PETER STEPS DOWN

 

Peter wrote in the final matchday programme for the season v Filton Athletic:-

 

After 8 seasons at the helm of the 1st team, I now feel that the time is right to step down as the club needs a new personality to come in and freshen things up.  The core of the squad are a great group with plenty of potential, and with a number of the U18s and Reserves having been 'blooded' in recent games, this opportunity should be an exciting proposition for whomever comes in - I wish them and the team nothing but success.  Finally, I wish to take this opportunity to thank my fantastic (and long suffering) assistants (Lee Douglas and Jason Tarr), the skipper (Jordan Buckett), the senior players (Marcus Williams, George James, Sam Bailey, Matt Harrison, Nick Jones and Drew Sawdon) and the rest of the squad for all the shared memories (both good and bad) over these last eight seasons.

SEASON REVIEW

RICHARD NELMES

 

Rich Nelmes was a legend in the local football community and instrumental in setting up our u18’s team with Paul Sealey, but was sadly taken from us way too soon last year. We were honoured to be able to support Sarah Nelmes, Fin, Jenson and Dexter who are very much part of our Henbury and Rockleaze family in hosting the FUNDRAISING MATCH at the Drive on Saturday 26th July 2025
